    During normal business hours of 9am – 5pm M/F & depending on the complexity, you will be charged between $85 – $100 per hour. On weekends or holidays you will be charged between $100 – $145 per hour.

    What is your hourly rate if I DO NOT have a support contract?

    Non-contracted issues or special projects you will be charged between $85 – $100 per hour. During normal business hours of 9am – 5pm M/F. This also depends on the complexity of the issue and can be as high as $145 per hour if we have to call in other support teams to resolve.
